ACC Pastoral Council Members
The One in Christ ACC Pastoral Council is the primary consultative and visioning body for the combined efforts of our church communities: St. Francis Xavier Church, St. Stephen Church, Sacred Heart Church, Annunciation Church.
The Council performs its function rooted in servant leadership, fostering deeper connections with the parishioners they represent, actively listening and inviting conversations centered on areas of church life. Members report the message or theme of these encounters to the Pastors and the Council for dialogue, with follow-up communications to the parishioners represented.

I currently serve as the Chairperson for our OIC-ACC Pastoral Council. I have served on the council since 2023. My family has been members of St. Francis Xavier Church since 1991. I serve as an usher and have been involved in faith formation (classroom teacher), and our fall parish festival. I retired from St. Cloud State University in 2022 as the Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics. My wife, Jeannie, is retired and we enjoy our days with our family (Brianna, Dylan and grandson, Sawyer).

My husband, Frank, and I have been members of Sacred Heart since 2020. I serve as a Eucharistic minister (usually at the Saturday evening Mass) and am involved in the Wednesday morning Bible Study as well as attending the Friday night “The Chosen” dinner and a movie. We have two grown children and four wonderful grandchildren. Frank and I are both retired and loving it.

I currently serve as the minute taker for our ACC Pastoral Council meetings. I have been on the council since 2024. My wife Carrie and I were married at St. Francis in 1992 and have been members since the early 90s. In years past, when my four children were younger, I was involved in faith formation. I currently work at Townsquare Media of St. Cloud which operates six radio stations in the St. Cloud area along with
other digital properties. I enjoy music, watching sports, and reading. I especially enjoy spending time with my family including two grandchildren now ages 3 and 9 months.

My name is Will Hellmann and I have been a parishioner of St Stephen the last 29 years. Prior to that my wife, Carol, and I attended Sacred Heart Church. My involvement with St. Stephen Church includes volunteering for ministries of usher/greeter, festival organization, lector, religious education teacher, member of Finance Team, and One in Christ ACC council. I’m a member of Knights of Columbus, St Joseph Council 5057. I have worked in the accounting field for various manufacturing companies for the last 43 years. Spending time with immediate and extended families’ events and activities are a great joy for me. My hobbies include bowling, golfing, and spending time sitting around the fire ring. Catch phrases for me are “Great is your reward in Heaven” and “Thanks be to God”.

I have served on the ACC Pastoral Council as the Trustee from Annunciation, Mayhew Lake since 2025. I have been a member of Annunciation since 1984. I assist with the liturgical environment, and I’ve been a Eucharistic Minister and I was a faith formation teacher for many years. I retired in 2025 from Monumental Sales (a granite memorial manufacturer in St. Cloud) where I was a memorial designer. My husband, Donny is retired and keeps busy working on our hobby farm and collecting a multitude of animals to care for. We enjoy a little bit of traveling and spending time with our children, their spouses, and our five grandchildren.

My husband, John, and I have been part of Sacred Heart Parish since 1983, and we love being part of such a vibrant faith community. Over the years, I’ve served as Parish Trustee, Lector, Usher, Funeral Helper, and on the Space Planning Committee. For the past year, it has been a blessing to serve on the OIC-ACC Pastoral Council and Discipleship Group. I look forward to connecting with you and learning about your hopes for our ACC community.

I have worked and am currently working at Saint Cloud State University for over 20 years as a General Maintenance Worker. Past Steward and Past Vice President for the Labor Unions AFSCME Council 5. I have been serving on the ACC Council and Discipleship Committee since 2024. My wife, Anna, and I have been members of St. Francis Xavier since 2020. During Mass, I serve as an usher, Eucharistic minister, and sacristan. I also am a member of the Knights of Columbus and 3rd degree Past Inside Guard, past Deputy Grand Knight and 4th degree Knight and have volunteered with Faith Formation and Confirmation students in the past.
